HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR administration and be proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and ERP systems.
- Valid QID and NOC required.
