Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate the Company's Human Resources System to identify areas for improvement and implement system enhancements and new applications.
  • Collaborate with the ICT and HR units to design and implement system improvements and new applications.
  • Play a key role in other HR business processes, including generating HR reports, budget and forecast preparations, payroll system support, and training module support.
  • Provide required data or information, troubleshoot system problems, and advise and coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate decision-making and effective execution of activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Certificate in HR Information Systems/Applications is an advantage.
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems.
  • 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in SAP and other IT Applications.
