About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Lawyer to join our team at Argyle. As a Funds Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising sponsors and investors on fund establishment and related issues. This will include involvement in secondary transactions, investments into funds, and placement agent agreements on the marketing of funds in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise sponsors and investors on fund establishment and related issues
• Involve in secondary transactions, investments into funds, and placement agent agreements
• Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the funds industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of fund establishment and related issues
• Experience in advising sponsors and investors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
