Funds Lawyer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Lawyer to join our team at Argyle. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for advising our clients on fund establishment and related issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Advise sponsors and investors on fund establishment and related issues, including private equity houses, government entities, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
• Assist with secondary transactions, investments into funds, and placement agent agreements on the marketing of funds in the Middle East.
• Provide expert legal advice on fund-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund law or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fund establishment, secondary transactions, and placement agent agreements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
