We are seeking a skilled Terminal Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hamad International Airport. Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct joint audits with janitorial contractors at PTC to ensure the delivery of cleaning services meets the agreed scope of work and KPI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including MATAR standards.
  • Analyze documentation to understand the requirements for effective cleaning activities.
  • Evaluate the procedures and standards of MATAR to ensure compliance with cleaning suppliers.
  • Participate in shift handovers and highlight any issues or concerns to maintain continuity of workflow.

About the Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in facilities management or a related field. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, ability to work within a team, and good analytical skills.

  • High School Qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years job-related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years job-related experience.
  • Accredited cleaning certificates (BICS or similar).
  • Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good analytical skills to evaluate documentation and procedures.
