About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager who can provide expert advice on contract management and negotiation. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.

As a Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the project team to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that any issues or disputes are resolved promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with relevant construction-related degree
  • FIDIC Form of Contract knowledge required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
