We are a leading property developer seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team and lead the commercial and financial management of our Qatar projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a commercial and contract management team
  2. Commercially manage cost, revenue and procurement from tender through to project execution
  3. Financial management of projects including putting together bids for new work / projects
  4. Contract negotiation of bids and contracts
  5. Tender management
  6. Winning new business and exploring new avenues of activity
  7. Risk management and financial management
  8. Procurement, financial reporting and management of the supply chain
  9. Checking and verification of payments/invoices/variations
Requirements
  1. Degree qualification in Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying or comparable experience with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in commercial construction specifically in high rise/towers
  2. Must have commercially led large scale projects
  3. Preference is given to those with international contracting backgrounds
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, negotiating and relationship skills
  5. Strong commercial awareness and client liaison skills as well as team leadership
  6. Candidates with experience working in an expatriate environment will be highly regarded
