Requirements:

  • A detail-oriented HR professional with in-depth knowledge and experience managing both HR and payroll functions with the ability to operate independently and maintain an impeccable level of accuracy.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in more than one of the following areas: compensation & benefits, HR operations, employee relations, HRIS, and recruitment & onboarding.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct payroll processing experience.
  • HR Generalist experience and exposure to other HR domains would be an advantage (such as recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, etc.).
  • A very good understanding of Qatar Labor Law.
  • A very good understanding of the Wage Protection System.
  • Good knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of employees in a large, complex work environment.
  • Initiative and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient with MS Excel functions.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and its talent management systems.
