The Administration and Finance Department at the GECF is looking for a skilled Secretary to support the department head in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills, as well as strong Microsoft Office knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing secretarial services to the department head, including taking minutes of meetings, drafting letters, and consolidating documents. You will also work closely with the Human Resources unit to draft salary and employment certificates, bank letters, and other documents.

Additional responsibilities include processing all types of leave requests, updating records, and submitting them for approval. You will also prepare initial templates of monthly payroll sheets and update leave balances after process completion.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Secretarial services to the department head.
