Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client requirements and develop effective solutions.
  2. Manage and maintain Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  3. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical guidance and support for Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks, taking proactive measures to ensure project success.
  6. Familiarity with Zoho's Finance Plus application is a plus, enabling a deeper understanding of its capabilities.
  7. Implement customizations and administer Zoho Books, ensuring efficient workflow and data management.
  8. Understand the project lifecycle, from development to end support, including system configuration and setup.
  9. Lead project delivery, ensuring quality, meeting timelines, and adhering to estimates.
  10. Work closely with the Zoho support team to resolve issues, tracking progress and providing regular updates.
  11. Lead teams in delivering projects and solutions, demonstrating consultative skills, leadership, and effective communication.

Requirements

Who can apply:

  1. Accountants with a strong background in accounting principles (B.Com/M.Com/CA)
  2. Freshers or those with 0-2 years of experience
  3. Experience working with Zoho Books or other cloud accounting systems is preferred
  4. Proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is essential
  5. Flexibility to work from home and self-motivation are key

Salary: INR 15,00,000/month
