    • Coordinate with all related parties during the pre-opening phase to ensure a smooth opening with full readiness of staffing, training, stocking, menus, budgets, and marketing plans.

    • Ensure fair treatment and courtesy towards all staff members.

    • Maintain up-to-date time tables, leave rosters, and attendance registers.

    • Collaborate with the executive chef and bartender to create new menus and beverage lists.

    • Ensure smooth communication between the restaurant and kitchen.

    • Verify that all purchased orders have been delivered and stored.

    • Oversee the profit and loss statement of the restaurant.

    • Achieve set revenues and sales targets for the entire operation of the restaurant on both floors.

    • Manage the prompt, efficient, and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant.

    • Schedule working hours for all service staff, considering volume of expected business and ensuring attendance registers are kept daily.

    • Ensure all staff members are informed about disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.

    • Order supplies and ensure all stocks are ordered to the correct quantities, quality, and price.

    • Manage all administration procedures and ensure all documents are sent to the appropriate accounts department for processing.

    • Ensure expenses are within budget limits.

    • Manage the tips division.
