Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting products and services, negotiating contracts and prices, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and monitoring work progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and selecting products and services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
  • Working closely with the creative department to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for product design development
  • Monitoring work progress and ensuring that all procurement activities are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a buyer or in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Chinese language is an added advantage to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
