Key Responsibilities

**Procurement Management**: Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

**Supplier Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.

**Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.

**Project Coordination**: Coordinate procurement activities with project teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes.

**Cost Management**: Analyze and manage costs associated with procurement activities to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all procurement activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

**Logistics & Customs Clearance**: Coordinate logistics and customs clearance activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

**Requirements**:

* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas/ Engineering Services Industry.

* Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical.

* Experience in rotating and static equipment is mandatory.

* In-depth knowledge with Qatar Market and local suppliers for sourcing mechanical components preferably in rotating industry.

* Excellent skills in cost management & analysis.

* Strong Negotiation, Communication, and project management skills.

* Understanding of turbo machinery or process industry equipment, materials and suppliers.

* Knowledge of International trade regulations and customs clearance process to handle import/export.
