As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while managing service on the floor.

Your daily duties will include overseeing the restaurant's operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining inventory control.

You will also be required to implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and training to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
  4. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and implement cost-saving measures.
  6. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  2. Minimum 2 years as Restaurant Manager is required.
  3. Experience in a fast food restaurant setup is an added advantage.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and management.
  7. Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  9. Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  10. Flexibility to work in shifts and during weekends.
