Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure projects are delivered within time, budget, and specification.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and framework partners.
  • Oversee the management of in-house construction teams and external subcontractors.
  • Ensure accurate cost reporting and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • A HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience working on Rail, Underground, Subway, or Metro Projects.
  • Experience working for a recognized main contractor or subcontractor.
  • Current role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Administrator, or Project Quantity Surveyor.
