About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining harmonious relationships with all departments and ensuring compliance with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
You will provide exceptional support to the Director of Finance and ensure the accurate processing of financial transactions, including preparing timecards, monitoring staff payroll, and maintaining accurate records. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including timecards and payroll information.
- Process financial transactions, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance, including responding to employee inquiries and handling confidential matters.
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons' policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Sun and Opera systems, with knowledge of financial software and applications.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
