Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is a British hospitality firm with a strong presence in the Middle East. As part of our strategic partnership with Emirates Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Finance & Admin Assistant.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of financial administration functions. This will include providing administrative support across various departments, such as Room and Food and Beverage, Human Resources, Accounts, Purchasing, and General Administration.

A key focus area for this role will be the effective management of high-volume customer accounts, requiring a keen eye for numbers and data entry skills. The ideal candidate should have a passion for finance and be able to multitask with accuracy and patience under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and other departments as needed
  • Manage customer accounts, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
