About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a personal sales plan to achieve individual sales targets and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
  • Account Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities to acquire competitor-held accounts.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement a business development plan to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: 3 years of experience in a commercial environment, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to use initiative and judgment to solve job-related issues and make informed decisions.
  • Selling Skills: Excellent selling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market trends and competitor activity.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic an advantage.
