Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
  • Prospect Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify new business prospects through research and outreach efforts.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop and present proposals to potential customers to secure new business.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and sales pipeline development.

Requirements:
