Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to operationalize revenue management goals, leveraging data science and technology to deliver results.
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver reliable, on-time revenue management and commercial data, reducing the time between data generation and business usefulness.
- Translate sophisticated data science concepts into actionable insights, driving business adoption and transformation.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and data analysts to lead IT investigations, creating synergies and adopting common tools and technologies.
- Compile statistical data to communicate findings, making recommendations to adapt existing business strategies.
- Provide comprehensive reports with recommendations for management review and decision-making.
- Apply a combined knowledge of computer science, modeling, statistics, analytics, and mathematics to propose solutions and strategies to new data processing challenges.
- Identify challenges and opportunities gained from analysis, proposing business improvement solutions.
- Seek improvements in data storage and processing, contributing to implementation plans for data lake and cloud storage solutions.
- Understand Data Science as an evolving field, working with departmental leadership to continuously seek out new solutions.
- Develop constructive relationships with other areas of Commercial and IT to support the vision of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering. You should have 6+ years of job-related experience and a strong understanding of statistics, operations research, forecasting, and optimization methods.
