- Represent the Third Floor as a VIP Ambassador within the team.

- Closely collaborate with Buyers to understand customer demands for products and brands.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through proactive recruitment and engagement using clienteling tools.
- Provide expert advice and comprehensive guidance to clients on style-related and material/production technicalities.
- Stay updated on brand offerings and maintain precise product knowledge.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure that the VIP department is showcased in the best possible light at all times both internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in fashion luxury retail or store department.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.
- Must be proactive and results-driven.
