We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of parts and materials to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer shipping and expediting teams to process customs duty exemptions and duty payments.
  • Receive, inspect, and allocate orders for proper integration into customer warehouses.
  • Initiate zero-value POs and write-on documents for parts.
  • Process material number creation for new parts.
  • Update customers on part procedures, replacements, and obsolescence.
  • Ensure correct labeling of capital parts prior to integration into warehouses.
  • Perform inventory quality checks.
  • Prepare and coordinate repair parts for shipping, including packing, obtaining serial numbers, weight, and dimensions.
  • Track delivery and receipt of parts returning from repair shops, liaising with forwarders.
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements for all repairs, liaising with customers' shipping departments for export shipments.
  • Liaise with customers for receiving requirements, such as police escorts, crane support, loading, and unloading.
  • Coordinate delivery and return of tooling and tooling containers, including transportation and customs clearance.
  • Check inventory and report spares falling below stock levels.
  • Process ordering and track to ensure need dates are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate with customer shutdown teams and warehouses for outage-related logistics and preparation, including parts, equipment, and tooling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, warehouse, and/or logistics.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, SAP, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communicator (verbal and written).
  • Fluent in verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, emergency-prone environment.
  • Valid driving license with 3 years or more of active driving experience.
