Talent Pal is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing content that enhances our brand image and promotes our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design marketing materials, digital content, and other visual assets to support our marketing and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to produce effective design solutions.
  • Create visually appealing content for our website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Capture high-quality images of our facilities, events, and amenities; edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Prepare design files for print production, ensuring high-quality output and liaising with print vendors as needed.
  • Regularly update and maintain a library of visual assets, including photos, icons, and templates.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into our visual content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as knowledge of other design tools, such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique and compelling visual concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in photography and photo editing is a plus.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel marketing strategies is preferred.
