Data Team Administrator

Job Summary:
The Data Team Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Data & Performance Team across multiple contracts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional business administration services, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Data Managers with administrative tasks, data validation checks, and diary/rota management.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain effective systems for data management, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with the Data & Performance Team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent business administration skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in data management and administration.
