At AlFardan Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales Reps, Property Managers, and Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities

* Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
* Data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc.)
* General office management, including ordering stationery
* Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
* Arranging both internal and external events
* Maintaining the company's social media accounts
Requirements
------------
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
