Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Asterix Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to employee records and documents.
- Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and distribute office correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, using a computer.
- Supply Management: Order and track office supplies and forms, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to operate efficiently.
- Phone and Mail Management: Answer phone calls, record messages, and distribute mail, ensuring that all correspondence is handled promptly and professionally.
- Employee Onboarding: Create new employee personnel files, assist with application procedures, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Compliance: Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, ensuring that we maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: In a similar role or industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and management at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using computers and/or point of sale systems.
