Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide functional leadership and oversight to HSE-related activities, including incident management, investigation, and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and technical personnel, to ensure seamless HSE integration.
  • Develop and maintain effective HSE surveillance programs, including self-assessment and review plans, to ensure adequate oversight and compliance.
  • Lead incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and ensure transparency and effective reporting.
  • Provide HSE input to project management teams and offer functional guidance and advice as needed.
  • Maintain and foster effective HSE interfaces and working relationships with other functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in HSE or related disciplines.
  • 12 years of experience as a HSE professional, including 5 years in a second-line management position.
  • Recent experience of HSE management on major EPC phase projects with extensive experience within a brownfield environment.
