Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Systems Specialist to join our team at Management Solutions International MSI Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and services to cover preventive and corrective maintenance and online monitoring of PAGA system installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage SharePoint related workflows and databases for telecom systems inventory, radio licenses, and other related data.
  • Support the telecom team in preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) and provide required support and assistance in raising eMOC's, Risk Analysis reports, Incident reports, and other related documents.
  • Contribute to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
  • Support Material Management and purchasing of spares and help in preparation of telecom-related project documentation as and when requested.
  • Raise requests to increase the SSL counts and follow up with MDG team for approvals on raised requests on SSL counts.
  • Support in following up with Buyers on the Purchase requisitions and follow up with expedite teams on the PO Items to update telecommunication team members about the delivery of items as and when required.
  • Retrieve data from SAP by downloading reports.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint site and creation of share-point sites based on user requirements.
  • Managing SharePoint Permission and SharePoint database maintenance-filling the data, updating the data.
  • QGPAM - Support in QGPAM activities-Verification of user accounts using Access review forms.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Software engineering from a reputed University or recognized equivalent to a minimum.
  • Bachelor's Degree would be an added value advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience out of which at least 3 years should have been preferably in an oil and gas industry.
  • Technical knowhow of Telecom system installations in Oil and gas industry.
  • Certification in SQL, Knowledge of Sharepoint, Technical writing, and Software development.
  • Knowledge in SAP MM(Material Management) Module-To Create/Update/Delete Material Items through SAP MDG (Material governance) would be added value.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid vehicle driving license preferably a Qatari driving license.
