About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Safety Operations Manager to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of safety, health, environment, and security (SHE) related to subsea pipeline repair projects.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance to ensure a safe working place for project teams and eliminate unacceptable exposure to safety risks throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) phase, both onshore and offshore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with company SHE policies, regulations, and standards by preparing safety plans and work schedules.
  • Implement and uphold company health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout project execution.
  • Review EPCI deliverables and safety study reports to support the development of project HSE plans and procedures.
  • Participate in design reviews, hazard analysis, and risk assessments to verify related risks and reliability issues are closed out.
  • Contribute to the development of a proactive safety culture during pipeline construction and offshore installation activities.
