About the Role

This is a senior-level position within our New Business Development Administration Area, reporting to the Third-Party Transaction Development Department. The successful candidate will lead the transaction development and procurement process for Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) and Build-Own-Operate (BOO) projects across various sectors, including power, water, midstream assets, pipelines, real estate, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review of corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
  • Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intragroup lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
  • Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department.
  • Lead and advise on Treasury matters related to affiliates, including wholly-owned joint ventures and public entities.
  • Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
  • Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments.
  • Understand intragroup lending and tax organization.
  • Possess applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.
  • Exposed to Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to the management committee.
Requirements
  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or its equivalent.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in business development, with a focus on project development, BOOT/PPP/DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures.
  • Proficient in oral and written English, with some command of Arabic beneficial but not mandatory.
