About the Role:

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners, driving sales and revenue growth through sales channels. This role typically involves working with partners and vendors to ensure that Logicom's products/solutions are effectively represented and sold, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through the channel: Implement sales strategies and provide the needed support to generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships: With existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team: Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.
  • Negotiate partner agreements: Terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements.
  • Address partner issues: Promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience.
  • Market analysis and growth opportunities: Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure partner compliance: Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within Data Center solutions.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
