EBC Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Update information boards to inform employees of important events and provide assistance to colleagues as needed.
- Assign lead calls and emails to Sales Executives based on line rotation and create spreadsheets to organize sales and marketing data.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software related to the sales process and contact relevant individuals to resolve guest calls and requests.
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours and answer questions about property facilities and services.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees and serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- License or certification not required.
