Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mixology Expert to join our team in Doha. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious cocktails for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of the Four Seasons brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, a passion for experimentation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and trends.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create signature cocktails that showcase the hotel's culinary expertise.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by recommending wine pairings and offering knowledge about the beverages offered.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending training sessions and workshops as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree & Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • WSET certified will be an advantage.
