About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to leverage your skills and experience in system administration and security to lead our Trusted Thin Client system, ensuring seamless operations in support of critical missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of technical professionals in system administration efforts for TTC server and client environments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the TTC system, providing expert guidance and leadership to team members.
  • Develop and implement proactive monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Execute administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware, software, applications, and configurations.
  • Ensure the Trusted Thin Client system operates efficiently and securely, driving mission success.
  • Implement robust network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, delivering timely and sustainable solutions for the TTC system.
  • Manage a 24/7 operational environment, providing on-call support as needed and coordinating incident responses and maintenance activities.
  • Foster collaboration and integration of TTC systems across broader operational initiatives through effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, a learning culture, and performance feedback.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and documentation for internal team members and end users, ensuring consistent system understanding and usage.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide updates, resolve issues, and drive system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Possess US Citizenship, which is mandatory due to contract requirements.
