Quality Assurance Manager

BSL Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality management systems and coordinating specialized activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and ensure the implementation of Project Quality Management System documents.
- Provide direction to staff and external customers on the QA/QC program to be implemented for the project.
- Provide training to personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process.
- Coordinate quality issues between design, construction, and site management.
- Represent the organization on quality issues at meetings with other organizations and construction staff.
- Audit construction, design, and supervision of QA/QC activities of staff and other organizations at scheduled intervals.
- Monitor examination of all submittals prior to delivery or submission.
- Schedule and perform quality audit program based on contractual requirement and reporting quality statistics and analytics.
- Identify, record, and initiate solutions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process, and quality system.
- Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the non-conformities identified have been corrected.
- Assure the timely completion of corrective actions on deficiencies found during audit and verify its effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs related to the product, process, and quality system.
- Control the activities of its Sub-Contracting, Supplying and Manufacturing Parties, and other Service/Product Providers in accordance with this document and associated references at the various stages of the project.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or a related role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing business analysis processes and frameworks, particularly in complex, large-scale projects.
- Experience in city operations, municipal services, or smart city projects is highly desirable.
