  • Provide technical support to end-users;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for hardware, software, and network systems;

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform daily inspections of warehouse and storage facilities, vehicles, and storage and material handling equipment to ensure operability, serviceability, and safety;
  • Report discrepancies to government technical representative;
  • Enter, update and maintain assets in the appropriate government furnished database and/or tracking system (e.g., AFEMS-AIM, or other approved accountable systems of record for accountability of hardware);
