About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Card Center Customer Service team as a Card Center Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to cardholders and merchants, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to cardholders and merchants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a problem solver for cardholders and merchants, liaising with branches and operations to resolve complex issues.
  • Training and Development: Assist in providing training to customer service representatives of branches at regular intervals to enforce procedural requirements and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend changes in card processing processes to improve customer services, reduce customer complaints, and increase satisfaction levels.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage the day-to-day relationships with external Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), hold meetings with direct reports, and assess their performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • Experience: No years of experience required.
