The Enterprise ICT Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the complete ICT budget planning cycle, coordinating with contractors and third-party vendors, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and regulations. Key responsibilities include writing effective contracts, technical scopes, RFP documents, non-disclosure agreements, call-off agreements for projects, support and license renewals, supply of equipment/spares, maintenance, subscriptions, and manpower supply.

Key Tasks:

  1. Write effective contracts, technical scopes, RFP documents, non-disclosure agreements, call-off agreements for projects, support and license renewals, supply of equipment/spares, maintenance, subscriptions, and manpower supply.
  2. Lead the complete ICT budget planning cycle for CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to projects & services, gathering all ICT budget requests from business departments and ICT divisions, facilitating review of the requirements, obtaining budgetary quotations, and developing the annual budget.
  3. Coordinate with contractors and third-party vendors to guarantee that terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations, controlling breaches of contracts in a timely manner with proper escalations.
  4. Support the ICT team in reviewing technical proposals/bids and conducting technical evaluations.
