We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Consultant to join our team at Realiste. As an Investment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing inquiries from international investors and guiding them through the investment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead management: Efficiently communicate with warm leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Handling a high volume of calls each day to provide exceptional customer service.
- Investment guidance: Ask insightful questions to understand investor goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
- Proposal development: Create detailed email proposals on investment opportunities that meet the client's needs.
- Perform related administrative tasks to support sales activities and ensure seamless transaction completion.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience with a consistent earning of over $7,000/month.
- Deep understanding of investment instruments and terminology to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Strong ability to listen and follow instructions to enhance product, industry, and sales knowledge.
