As a Sales Director at Zero One Telecommunication, you will be responsible for driving new sales and new client acquisitions in an Industry Vertical based on your knowledge and experience. Account Management to Businesses

  1. Manage leads and acquire new Fixed enterprise client accounts.
  2. Generate your own leads in the market.
  3. Deliver on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales commitments.
  4. Manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients as per industry segments.
  5. Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.
  6. Manage relations between business entities and customers, including decisive planning and sales negotiations.
  7. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to deliver results.
  8. Identify opportunities to up-sell, organize, and lead account reviews.
  9. Develop and maintain account plans to establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams.
  10. Provide solutions from the Vodafone product range that fit the client's requirements.
  11. Work with the entire sales team on large strategic accounts.

Develop Profitable Relationships

  1. Close deals that are profitable and high value to Zero One Telecommunication.
  2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  3. Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior is aligned with the Company's values.
  4. Build personal relationships and trust with the accounts' points of contact.

Work within Governance Processes

  1. Make revenue and contribution margin.
  2. Conduct regular customer meetings at their premises. 80% of the time expected to be meeting clients and being on the road.
  3. Update Sales Manager regularly as to progress against targets.

Develop Internal Relationships

  1. Act as an Enterprise customer advocate to influence propositions related to acquisitions and client base growth.
  2. Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to Zero One Telecommunication's sales and marketing management.
  3. Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure alignment of sales activity across the Business segment.

Requirements

  1. High School Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
  2. B2B sales or/and account management experience for at least 2 years. Experience in the GCC Market is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Target-oriented.
  5. Customer commitment.
  6. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of customer's issues, challenges & business drivers.
  7. Ability to be inventive and resourceful.
  8. Ability to work in a challenging environment.
  9. Valid Qatar driving license and ability to travel for client visits.
