Job Responsibilities

The Lead Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing potential deviations from the COMPANY referential with the Engineering Manager for final decision on whether or not to implement. They will also attend HAZID/HAZOP/Project Technical reviews sessions with COMPANY, Contractors, and vendors teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering and at least 15 years' experience in offshore oil & gas projects with minimum 5 years experience as a Project Engineer. They should also have strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and be able to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.

  • To promote alternatives solutions to reduce and to optimise the duration for offshore installation.
  • To ensure close coordination within the team on all engineering, constructability, and operational matters.

The Lead Engineering Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that relevant feedback from previous similar projects are considered in project works performance.
