About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. This role will provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources/Manager in planning, coordination, and implementation of all office administration of the Human Resources Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and benefits

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in hotel-related operational positions is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
