{"Job Summary

This role is responsible for the overall management of Group Treasury Back Office Operations, including Treasury Reporting, Treasury Accounting, Treasury payments and settlements, and the management of up to 10 backoffice team members.

In addition to the above, the role also encompasses the direction, blueprint, and advisory on the SAP S4 implementation, requiring a high level of program management.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a strong background in treasury accounting, treasury settlements, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Directs and monitors cash / interbank transfers, treasury funding, settlements, and confirmations to ensure timely execution and compliance with governance requirements.

2. Directs and monitors the accounting function for Treasury Instruments (Assets and Liabilities) to ensure accurate financial statement reporting in compliance with IFRS Standards.

3. Ensures compliance with payment and administration requirements for bonds, swaps, and other loan derivative instruments to mitigate risk of default.

4. Directs and monitors all Group Treasury Back Office operations, including bank statement uploading, bank reconciliations, clearing of outstanding items, and dashboard KPIs reporting.

5. Maintains Bank and Treasury related General Ledger master data in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

6. Reports on the performance of Parent entity Investment (Equity/Debt) portfolio listed in the Exchange locally or abroad.

7. Ensures compliance with Group Treasury banking transactions and investments based on Company-approved policies and procedures.

8. Leads the implementation of electronic banking and payment services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Company payment processes.

9. Liaises with Group subsidiaries and joint ventures to manage their Treasury functions.

10. Develops business continuity processes to avoid losses arising from non-continuation due to SAP system down, unforeseen natural disasters, and attacks.

11. Leads and acts as the focal point for Group Treasury periodical/annual audit reviews and requirements from Internal Audit, External Audit, State Bureau Audit, and Quality Audit.

12. Leads the Treasury Transformation process for Back Office, implementing findings and serving as the change management champion.

13. Ad-hoc requirements from senior management as requested.

14. Establishes clear and achievable KPIs for the team.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce/Business/Accounting or globally accepted professional qualifications like a Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant, etc.

* At least 15-20 years of experience in medium to large organization with adequate exposure to change management, treasury accounting, treasury settlements, and processes.

* Excellent SAP S4 TRM knowledge and management.

* Excellent SWIFT, Bloomberg 360T, AI, and ML knowledge.

* Excellent people management, leadership, and coaching skills.
