The main objective of this role is to lead the project planning and monitoring activities to deliver FEED and beyond for a flagship project. This position will continue post-FEED subject to project progress.

The key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  1. Creating and maintaining the Level 3 integrated schedule with a schedule basis for the Define/Execute phase and supporting probabilistic schedule risk analysis.
  2. Ensuring the accuracy of the Project Level 3 Integrated project Schedule.
  3. Monitoring and evaluating Contractor's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and advising on mitigation measures.
  4. Providing regular progress reports based on an aligned format. Implementing Earned Value Management System through the contractor.
  5. Managing various integrated roadmaps driving progress till decision gates.
  6. Developing and maintaining Schedule and Cost Opportunity Registers.
  7. Overseeing the integration of different contractor's schedules, schedule quality, alignment between Contractor's progress tool, schedule, and drawing control tool for true physical progress management.
  8. Analyzing Critical Path, multiple critical paths, total float, Free float, and monitoring Key Milestones.
  9. Conducting ad hoc reviews and audits of contractors' physical progress and schedule updates.
  10. Integrating various sub-projects physical progress and providing Progress S-Curve.
  11. Coordinating and producing all required monthly planning reports.

This role requires experience in planning engineer roles on large capital projects and portfolio projects. A minimum of 12+ years of industry experience, preferably in Project Planning roles in mega complex brownfield projects, is required.
