**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate extensively with clients or investors, coordinating communication and sending information.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.
  • Prepare correspondence and materials, manage telephones, and send communications to departments when needed.
  • Create and review contracts (investment agreements and NDAs).
  • Perform filing, maintain corporate files, and handle incoming and outgoing documents for the CEO.
  • Organize travel schedules, make reservations, prepare documents for signature, and provide secretarial support.
  • Arrange business meetings and social events, maintain calendars, and send reminders.
  • Assist colleagues and executives by distributing information and serving as a reference point.
  • Organize the CEO's office and undertake other tasks as mandated.

**Requirements:**

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration or Business.
  2. Previous experience in a secretarial role, ideally 5 years as an Executive Assistant.
