AFCENT Contract Support Technician

We are seeking a talented AFCENT Contract Support Technician to join our team at Trace Systems Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in administrative maintenance on JADOCS servers operating at an AOC, SPO, or an AFCENT reviewed and CO approved equivalent organization. They should also possess DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher certification and Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software programs/applications to support operational client applications and security patches.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and assist in identifying hardware, software, and/or service shortfalls, providing optimization recommendations to the government technical representative.
  • Coordinate with external entities in troubleshooting beyond their demarcation point during outages and troubleshooting, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance with eligibility.
  • US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and contract requirements.
