Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Piping and Plant Layout Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will have a strong background in piping design and plant layout, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

About the Role
  • This role requires a senior-level engineer with extensive experience in piping design and plant layout for oil and gas facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry codes and standards, including ASME B31.3 and B31.8.
  • They will be responsible for managing the piping scope of work on assigned projects, ensuring that key milestones are met and that all work is completed to the required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in piping design and plant layout for oil and gas facilities.
  • Familiarity with piping design software, including Hexagon SP3D and Aveva E3D.
  • Experience with piping stress analysis tools, such as Caesar II.
