Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Water Meter Operator to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our water metering system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Manage Work Orders: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water meter installation, activation, and maintenance.
  • Perform Metering Operations: Read, build, install, activate, inspect, diagnose, replace, and route water meters as required.
  • Prepare Daily Reports: Assist in generating technical reports related to command center operations, ensuring timely submission as applicable.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve operational problems, providing necessary assistance to supervisors and analysts as required.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with departments, customers, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution of work processes.
  • Manage Command Center Systems: Handle the command center system and associated programs for meter installation and complaint management.
  • Record and Report Data: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on various data systems, ensuring compliance with ISO/Risk Management/ISMS certification requirements.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, working in a 24/7 environment and being available for all shifts.
  • Perform Additional Tasks: Carry out other tasks assigned by management, as required.
