Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Meter Operator to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our AMI team, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting work orders, as well as performing a variety of skilled duties related to the installation, activation, and maintenance of AMI meters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage work orders related to roll out and daily operations
  • Perform skilled duties in support of the AMI team, including reading, building, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and routing AMI meters
  • Assist in preparing technical daily reports related to command center operations
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve operation problems
  • Provide assistance to supervisors and analysts as required
  • Coordinate with departments, customers, contractors, and site teams as necessary
  • Handle the command center system and other associated programs for meter installation and complaint systems
  • Keep records and prepare reports regarding all kinds of data systems
  • Handle extensive data tracking, sorting, updating, recording, and preparing reports with appropriate format
  • Work in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintaining ISO/Risk Management/ISM certification
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Be available to work across all three shifts in a 24/7 environment
