Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

Loydence Academy, a reputable British Primary School, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to drive student enrollment for the upcoming academic year. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit new students and meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school's programs and benefits.
  • Manage and grow Loydence Academy's presence on social media platforms.
  • Identify potential students and parents through targeted campaigns and community outreach.
  • Represent the school at community events, school fairs, and local exhibitions.
  • Manage relationships with local media and develop press releases to enhance the school's visibility.
  • Track leads, inquiries, and the effectiveness of campaigns, and report regularly to school leadership on progress and results.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) - Must be fluent in both languages (spoken and written).
  • Marketing Experience - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (experience in the education sector is a plus).
  • Social Media Expertise - Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Goal-Oriented - Motivated by targets and able to work under deadlines.
